I’ve been taking my cars to Sheral’s for approximately 1-1/2 years. I have a 2003 Nissan Sentra (runs great) and a 2004 Mazda. If you are looking for an honest, trustworthy mechanic take your car to Sheral’s. They do fantastic diagnostic work, follow-up, and wonderful customer service. I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs a excellent and reliable mechanic for any type of repairs needed to their vehicle.

I enjoyed having service at this location. I experience a good professorial service regarding my vehicle. The most part of SHERAL’S AUTOMOTIVE&TRANSMISSION smog&repair is that all of my Questions and Concerns were answered.

I couldn’t believe the great service I got. My air conditioning needed a part that he didnt have in stock. It was Saturday and said he’d have to wait until Monday to order the part. I told him I was going out of town on Monday and was hoping I didn’t have to take the long drive in 98 degrees with no air conditioning. He had a friend drive all the way to Vallejo to get the part and my car was fixed and ready to go by end of close on Saturday. He is my hero!

Once again, Sheral’s Automotive saved me. A police officer had stopped me because my brake light was out and it was almost 5:30 pm. Sheral’s replaced my bulb, even though it was closing time so that I would be safe, and not take the chance of getting stopped by a police officer the next day on the way to work. You are awesome because you care about your loyal customers with a smile and enthusiasm to help us! I recommend everyone to go to Sheral’s Automotive!

Sheral’s Automotive has worked on my 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited, and I have been very satisfied with everything that he has done for me. Which included a transfer case rebuild, a throttle body rebuild, and replaced the fan clutch. All work has been at the quoted cost, even less at times, and the work has been exceptional, compared to other places I have taken my vehicles!!! He has also diagnosed issues in another vehicle at no cost to me. I will definitely take my vehicle back to him !!!

Sharals advised that I change my transmission fluid and filter and oil change. Since I was low on money I approved the tranny job and I’ll find a way to change the oil. Well when they returned my car they topped off my oil for me because they said I was so low. They did not have to do that and they did.

Sheral’s automotive are my heroes! Toyota told me my 4 runner would cost $5,200 to fix. They said the motor was blown and needed a replacement! I didn’t have that kind of money so MY car went in the garage for 2 months! Finally I tried towing it over to Sherals for a second opinion. I used to live nearby and remembered liking their service. Amazing, they fixed my car in just a few hours for only $650 dollars. Toyota says $5200 Sherals says $650, done deal. I am still in shock, my life is back to normal and I saved $4500!
Sherals earned my complete trust. You won’t pay more than you need to keep rolling down the road, I am proof.

Once again I am writing about the outstanding service I received on my Jeep. Sheral’s worked on my transmission, oil leak, and all the “upkeeps” to keep my jeep running effectively. They needed a part that came from Fairfield on Sat. I was so worried I wouldn’t have my jeep the holiday weekend and I would’ve also worried about getting to work on Tues. morning. Sheral’s Auto came through with flying colors. They had the job completed Sat. afternoon and my jeep is once again great shape. I recommend Sheryl’s Auto to everyone! Check them out…you’ll be very happy!

After unacceptable service from a local Cadillac dealer, I was very apprehensive about auto repair facilities in this area. Sheral’s repaired my transmission, diagnosed a very tricky electrical problem and restored my faith in the auto repair business. And, all at a reasonable price.
I will recommend this business at every opportunity!

As soon as my family and I moved to Rosemont we looked for a mechanic, and I am very happy to say that from that first repair in 2008 they took care of all four of our cars for three years.
Their honesty, and quality hard work, as well as timeliness is what kept us coming back.

I’ve had lots of work done at Sheral’s for three of my vehicles, and have NEVER been dissatisfied with the quality. Every mechanic in the shop really knows his stuff. Chandre has owned and worked there for many, many years. He is very straightforward and thoroughly explains repairs that are needed. They show me the old parts and point out the new parts with pride. From small jobs to major surgery, I’m always happy. They are friendly and polite, as well. As a long time customer, I even get a few small extras thrown in, no charge, sometimes. And the location couldn’t be more convenient. I’ve tried the rest, and they are the best!

Lets see where do i begin. First i needed to get my ford tarus fixed. had issues with a tire to two which he fixed for no charge. Second my new car had a bad head gasket. Sheral’s hooked me up with a loaner for my new job and had the head gasket fixed and good to go in under 3 days. Finally, I most recently had a bad water pump. I was in and out in under an hour. This guy is more then a friendly automotive shop, he is an honest man and treats his customers the same. If anyone is ever in need of shop repair, please head over to 9115 Keifer blvd ins Sacramento. I drive all the way from citrus heights for this shop and i will continue to ask for his advise on all car endeavors.

Sheral’s service touched my heart a big time. I haven’t had this kind of service for a long time. One of my church member needed change her car Battery connector. Chandre, the owner of Sheral’s changed her battery connector for no charge. It was about good 30minutes of labor work but he did for free. I couldn’t believe this, especially now days. Absolutely a perfect example of the good old fashioned customer service and I’m very happy that he is in our community. Thank you Chandre, God Bless you!
